Refund and Cancellation Policy

Before work begins. If you cancel before we begin work on your manuscript, you are entitled to a full refund.

After work begins. Once editing, formatting, or other work has started, refunds are prorated based on the portion of work completed. If work is fully delivered as scoped, no refund applies, but we will address legitimate quality concerns through revision first.

Quality concerns. If delivered work does not meet the agreed scope (for example, formatting not matching the specified journal's guidelines), we will revise it at no additional cost. Refund requests tied to quality are reviewed case by case.

What we cannot refund. We cannot offer refunds based on a journal's independent editorial decision (e.g., rejection or requested revisions), since publication outcomes are outside our control and were never guaranteed.
